Shipping Terms
- Home delivery is available All over in Bangladesh
- Check the product IN front of delivery man.
- No complaints will be accepted, no product change or return will take place after the delivery man leaves.
- Delivery time: Inside Dhaka Metropolitan- 1 to 4 working days, Outside Dhaka- 3 to 7 working Days
- Basic Delivery charge: Inside Dhaka-50 Taka & outside Dhaka-100 Taka
- In case of delivery outside Dhaka, customers may have to collect certain products from the nearby courier service office
- Booking a product does not confirm product delivery it depends completely on stock availability.
- Once the product is purchased, it will not be refundable*
- Color of the products may slightly vary due to photography, lighting sources or your monitor setting/ PC resolution.
- You can pay online from your card or Mobile banking.
- If there is any problem please call us while the delivery man is there.
Gateway Terms
Prices for Products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. Prices, Products and services are offered by Byatikrom.com.bd
The Website does not charge any registration/membership or browsing fee. However, the Website reserves the absolute right to alter the fee policy from time to time. In the event, the Website alters its services, it may introduce new fees for such altered services. All such fees that the Website may charge will be intimated to the Users and such change shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. All such fees charged by the Website shall be in Bangladeshi Taka. The Users continued use of the Website shall be deemed as an acceptance of the amended terms and condition
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, the Website will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to the User due to:
i. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
ii. Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by and between the User and relevant banks of the User, or
iii. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction
iv. Illegitimacy of the payment methods (credit/debit card frauds etc.) being used by a User;
v. Decline of transaction for any other reason(s)
The Website is merely a facilitator for providing the User with payment channels through automated online electronic payments (either itself or through Service Providers), cash on delivery, collection and remittance facility for the payment of Products purchased by the User on the Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks (of either the Website or Service Providers).
